They did connection but internet was not available and then in * days **-** guys came to resolve but they were not able to resolve and process for refund. But it's been *.* month no refund is processed and now their sales manager is saying we can't refund process as connection is active. He's number is **********. We even didn't use any internet as their internet was never active.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
