IGNOU (Indira Gandhi National Open University) - Non communication about exam dates by IGNOU

I am a senior citizen and a student of PGDT course January **** session of IGNOU. I am supposed to appear for written examination at the end of the course but IGNOU has not replied me on my official e mail inspite of repeated requests to inform me about examination dates nor examination form filling.
