Cars** Concern- Mr. Memon had informed that original NOC is not required to issue New NOC from the Bank.
On his trust, we had handed over the NOC to Cars**.
When we had approached BANK for New NOC, Bank had informed me to give Old NOC.
Now when this was informed to Cars **, still they are not releasing the NOC HOLD PAYMENT FOR RS.*****/-
