Cars24 - NOC Holdback not released

I sold my car at cars** with Appt ID: ***********, Issue: Noc submitted to them but amount not released. And when I call the concern person, he denied to release the amount also improper behavior and language from their employees seating at Ahmedabad branch. Person Name
Naman and Sneha Parmar, They were asking me for noc submission from last few days but because of delay at the bank's end, I couldn’t submit it and when I received the noc, I immediately submitted it at their yard. And then they told me that I will receive the payment in *-* hours but when I didn't received the payment, I called them back then they denied to release the noc payment, I have legal documents showing noc holdback amount and terms.
