Nobroker - NoBroker not refunding my token amount after cancellation

I have shortlisted a property (NB-*******, * BHK Flat In Platinum Pleasant For Sale In Nizampet) through NoBroker team and agreed to buy then paid the token amount of Rs. *****/-.on Sun, ** Feb, ****. Later on I cancelled that property due to water issues (Bore water not available) and asked for a refund but there was no response from the NoBroker team whether my amount had been processed for refund or not. Please help me to get refund my amount as I am stuck to go further to purchase a flat to fulfil my mothers dream. I will attached the relevant evidences.
