Nobroker com - NoBroker is Cheating Customer

This is in continuation of my compliant filed on Apr **, **** which the Nobroker team FORCED me to close before making the refund for the cheating plan that was purchased.

My ** year old senior citizen Mother who has * BHK investment property from her hard earned saving for her old retired age. I basically do my duty & help her in maintaining this property like getting the property cleaned, rent out, maintain, get the agreements done etc.

I lieu of helping my old mother I came in words of Nobroker guy (Hari Haran) & he sold the plan to me. Basically he misguided me & told in case of any issue I can call him. He left came on any calls once the money was credited in the account of Nobroker (perhaps he got his commission)

- Then comes the relationship manager (Rakshith) who call & tells me that your property is too small to be sold - mind it its *BHK in *** sq feet. I guess he expects one BHK to be in **** sq ft which unfortunately my Mom does not have. Not sure how he was hired. Very incompetent RM. Similar was the filed officer who calls & tells I can not come & take pictures today as I am on Day off. Not sure why he had to call if he was on day off & why Nobroker did not arrange for another representative.
- I had to make several calls to change the RM which was waste of so much time of mine as I am a working professional.
- The second RM Tasmia was assigned, whenever I call her it says I am dialing wrong number (this is the number given by NoBroker). If I chat she is not responding. Then just to talk to her I have to email NoBroker,. Its like begging for service even after paying.
- * days were wasted in all this & the plan count down had already begin from the time of payment.
Remember in all this my Mom is worried as she is worried that her hard earner money she feels is stuck.

I have been numerous calls from NoBroker for other services like for agreement or do you any property to rent etc which have been irritating & again so much of my time as I had to explain each one of these.
To cut the story short. I have been struggling hard for my Mom & my mom is very much disturbed as its a mental harassment for her as well as for me.
I have made several calls to NoBroker but they did not care but the moment I filed case on Voxya against them I got a call from them & initially saying we will refund **% money. When i became adamant to get the complete refund they FORCED me to close the case on Voxya post which they will refund. I closed the case FOREFULLY & even share the screen shot to them however they have still not refunded the money. They promised that the money will be refunded in less then * days. I waited for over * days & even warned that if my April **th ( *th day) the money is not refunded I am opening a new case & this time they will be liable to pay for all the harassment caused to my ** year old mother. I want the company to pay my mother before FORCING me to close the case. I depend the refund in full along with cost of mental harassment to a senior citizen.
