You purchased the Freedom Plan from NoBroker, but despite waiting for three days, you have not received the promised services or access to flats. Now you seek a refund due to the lack of service provision and multiple unsuccessful attempts to resolve the issue with NoBroker’s representatives. Lastly Mr Danish refuses to escalate further even confirmed that Nobroker does not have escalation matrix. Finally my plan is still not activated.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
