I ordered on *th April and paid the amount. Then I got a mail that order is completed. It's **th April today, when I log into my Fashchic account the order status is still "processing". I went to their Insta page, the comments are turned off, DMed them got only automated replies (they are putting up stories everyday though). I emailed them no response. I just want my money back now.
