I had given my laptop for Parts Replacement as LCD was broken. I have already paid for the parts and it has been almost ** days, the team does not have any update as to when will they deliver my laptop. I called them quiet a few times and said they don't have any update around when the new parts will be delivered to them. I have given my laptop for repairing in DivyaSree Greens, Phase-**,Village,, Varthur Hobli, Koramangala, Survey **/*,**/*A, *** Feet Rd, Challaghatta, Bengaluru, Karnataka ******. I have called Dell and the service center more than ** times also sent emails but no response.
