Asus - NO service

my laptop's speaker wasn't working they sent an engineer who first said that the speaker needs to be changed he brought a new speaker but it didnt work then he said that there's no as such issue the motherboard will be changed in warranty status he did open the laptop and the motherboard if there was any issue from our side but there was none so he ordered a motherboard and then a new engineer came to change he motherboard and then he said that there is a small liquid damage in the motherboard in a very small part which obviously can't come in * days and even if it will it has to be through a path which was not there it was just a small point where he said and the first engineer refused that there is't any liquid damage or something and now they are refusing to repair the laptop and asking **k for the service and the service center person also didn't talk nicely and the second engineer who came didn't change the motherboard instead has worsened the laptop now the fingerprint unlock and nothing's working properly even when it opens directly into the boot menu while starting. They have the worst service ever a customer can experience. please look out to our complaint.
