I bought tenant money back plan from nobroker. The relationship manager explained me the T&C of refund, but she didn't tell me that it was necessary to find a house even if it is not with the help of NoBroker. Moreover, based on the locality I asked them for houses, they said there are very few houses there, thus no proper leads were provided. I want refund of the service I bought.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
