I have booked the No broker packer and movers service for shifting from Ramesh Nagar to Noida Sector **. At different times I was given ****, **** and ***** quotations. Based on packing material and services I have selected **** package. But after payment terms and conditions started changing from Nobroker's side and at last my family was kept in almost captive mode by your labour for more than three hours for payment which I had decided to do using online mode. I have repeatedly told your packers and movers department head Priyanka (Which I have doubt that she was department head) my three years daughter is hungry and scared due to unprofessional behaviour of the labour sent to my home. As I had to do payment online there was no point to keep those labour sitting at my home. But instead of resolving my issue she many times started laughing at my situation and started telling labour as nobroker associates. Even those laborers were not aware about what is nobroker and don't have ID cards of no brokers.
