*. Technician Samsher visited and mentioned this need AC charging and It will be solved in the next * days.

*. They closed my complaint due to the incompetence of their technician as he forgot to forward my complaint.

Please note Jeeves closed my *st complaint without my consent without charging the gas in my AC. Even though it is a simple problem, they have the gas and they are aware that all the documents are with me.



Who I am reaching out to on a daily basis?



I am calling the Jeeves' support every day. PFA Email conversations where they promised me that they are looking into it but nothing so far.

· Email Conversation with Jeeves extended and Support team.


I am facing mental and financial issues against this. even though I bough extended warranty and everything I could do. I am not getting service against my AC. It has been so many days and I am calling everyday to Flipkart and Jeeves to get this solved.
