I had rented out a ** inch LED haier tv in Aug ****.In sept ****, I raised a request for return of the product.The pickup was scheduled on **th sept ****.A mail and call was received confirming the same.However no one turned up. I sent an email saying the pickup was not done from their end.They scheduled pick up again on Oct *, Oct **, Oct **, Oct **, Nov **. These pple only kept rescheduling but no pick up happening.Every time I sent a mail, they said the issue was coz the services in Ahmedabad has been terminated.Finally on ** rd Dec they debited my account twice towards "unpaid rental" .First an amt of Rs ****/- and then Rs ****/- .On enquiring with their executives I did not receive any satisfactory answer.They only said I will receive a call .On **th Nov I got a mail from them stating that they had tried to contact me several times but I did not pick up hence they closed my pickup request.I can on the basis of all my call records verify that i havent received any calls from them .only when I mail them that the pickup did not happen did they reply me and reschedule again.Finally again the pick up was scheduled on *rd Dec but the same story recurred.They are not taking back the product and at the same time charging the rental .
