the service I’ve received after renting a fridge and wardrobe from your platform—my first experience with Furlenco.

The items were delivered on *th July ****, and unfortunately, the fridge was faulty from day one. I immediately raised a complaint, and while I was told a technician would be sent to repair it, the service has been extremely disappointing and ineffective.

The first technician who visited confirmed that the compressor was not working. Another technician came later and attempted to repair it, yet the issue still persists—the fridge is not cooling at all. I raised the concern again, and was told to wait until **th July for a replacement. This delay is unacceptable.

Since the *th of July, I have been unable to use the fridge to store food or water. This has forced me to spend money daily on outside food and cold water, and I have had to throw away perishables due to lack of refrigeration. I am bearing extra expenses every day while still being charged rent for a product that is not functioning.

It is extremely unfair that, as a customer, I am paying for a service that is not being delivered. Meanwhile, Furlenco continues to collect rent while I bear the cost and inconvenience. This experience has not only caused me financial strain but has also led to considerable stress and frustration.

I request an immediate resolution to this issue. Either expedite the fridge replacement well before **th July, or provide a refund/compensation for the days I have been unable to use the product. I expect better service and accountability from a brand of your stature.
