SCAM by Furlenco Furlenco : BEWARE of this fraud company

Incident: I have been renting furnitures from Furlenco through UNLMTD plan from march ****. Been paying **** per month till date. In November, **** I raised a complaint to replace the broken Motorized recliner. They initially said they have raised a replacement request. Waited a week but no response. Again followed up for the update. The update was there’s a slight delay and will be replaced soon. But they kept lying and giving false statement through emails and phone calls that it will be replaced. Then they started ghosting me by not replying my emails and putting my phone call on hold then disconnecting the call. It’s been * months since they haven’t replaced it. Again in May, **** I followed up but same lies, cheating and ghosting.
This month on the renewal day at **:** pm got an email after ghosting saying please renew the next month we will replace the recliner. These frauds are defrauding, scamming, cheating and focused on stealing money from customer with all possible wrong practices and against the national consumer community. Until now I haven’t missed any payments or bill payments.
I have attached all the emails from November, **** to June **** here and followed in comment section.
So till the time they pay for damages, defrauding, wrongdoings against me, mental harassment with false promises along with other compensation I DO NOT POSSESS ANY RESPONSIBILITY FOR ANY PAYMENT OF THE FURNITURES TO FURLENCO or return of the products and would use this complaint as a proof in future if Furlenco tries to claim any financial coverage over, bill payments or the damage (if happens) of these items.
