I had placed an order for ethnic wear on Meesho App for Rs. *** with Order ID- ************ on **.**.**** which was delivered to me on **.**.****. When i opened the package, I found that a completely different women suit was delivered to me. I raised the return request next day and pick up was scheduled on **.**.****. The pickup agent visted my home but declined to take back the package as it was different from the one which was ordered by me. I told him I have mentioned the reason as the wrong product delivered while making the return request but he still didn't take back the package with him and told me to raise the request again. Then I contacted meesho support centre and filed the complaint about it, also raised the return request again. Pickup was scheduled again but no one came and when contacted meesho support team they told me to wait. I am in continuous loop with meesho till date but noone is coming to pickup the product. Daily the pickup is scheduled in morning, then they put it on hold and in evening it get cancelled but no one comes to pickup (you can see that from the sms/whatsapp messages received). I have filed many complaint with meesho (complaint ID- ************* dated **.**.**** and ************* dated **.**.****) but they are also not giving any satisfactory answer only telling me to wait. You can also see reviews from other users on the product pages complaining about wrong product delivered to them which proves that the seller is fraudulent.
I also complaint about it on consumer forum but I received this reply from the company "As per our recent telephonic conversation. For the inconvenience, but our companies' policies prevent us from processing a return/ exchange for your order number: ************. We would like to inform you that as per our records, the product which was sent to you was correct. Please be informed that in case the quality check fails then the Meesho team will not be able to assist you further in this regard"
