I had booked * tickets one for me and one for my mother who was accompaning me to the destination.
On the travel day we had done the web check-in and reached the airport where we were denied to issue the actual boarding pass in exchange of the boarding pass we had recieved during web check-in. The reason for denial, the lady officer mentioned was the middle name of my mother was missing on the ticket. All our requests were gone unheard and we were left helpless.
we approached the supervisor of the lady officer, he explained the new rule and assured that we will get refund, but he also mentioned that, since the ticket was booked online, he will not be able to initiate the refund and we have to request through the portal. Which we did and got the acknowledgement(online). Since the status of the request did not change for long, I approached the customer care and they adviced to send them a request mail, which they acknowledged they recieved the mail and assured that they will respond back. After multiple attempts sending email, speaking with Customer Support. I have not received my refund and now they have stopped replying to email.
I saw many successful cases on your site, and seeking your help to get the refund.
