Goibibo website is modified suitably to give no response on Jet bookings. I have booked Jet flight from Mumbai to Singapore but all modes of communication from Goibigo website is blocked. Phone lines always state that they have huge traffic hence contact on the web page. Web Page has a robot answering which has pre-determined questions and answers. No satisfactory explanation. Contact us has no email id.
Contact management states that you should have a service request number but there is no way to generate a service request on the website. It has spoiled my travel plans and has created huge financial loss along with mental pain.
Many thanks for your proactive approach and prompt action. This has accelerated and helped in resolving my issue.
