I booked Oyo sober dreams Hinjewadi Pune hotel for ***/-. After reaching there I came to know due to the electricity issue they couldn't allocate the room to me. They ask me to place a call to customer care to adjust in the nearby Oyo hotel. As per there suggestion, I made a call * times. The waiting time was more than usual. In the *st call, the executive asked me to hold and after some time he said the wrong number and call was abort by the executive himself. One had taken ** min. to make the adjustment. But he cancelled my booking and placed a new one with an extra price which is ***/-. He said there is no way he could help me other than paying ***/-
problem was at Oyo's end. So they should arrange without the extra charge and it is not a way to treat customers.
