Anaita Veigas filed complaint against Alphaglee on May 5, 2019
The order was placed twice (Rs. **** each, the total amount of Rs. ****). Because of payment error yesterday at *th May **** (**:** pm) as their cancellation policy claims that the order can be cancelled and the amount refunded if done within ** hours of the order placement. Since then I've constantly been reaching them to cancel the orders. The order number is Order #AL****** and Order #AL******.
Please help me get the prepaid amount back.
