I ordered finishing touch flawless hair remover but it's not working at all, even the packing is looking like very old and used one, not looking like a new fresh product. I tried with new battery as well but it's machine is not working. I think I received a defective piece. Please replace or exchange it with new product.
No response from company in spite of multiple mails.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
