Alphaglee - Not the same product as advertised

Hello,
I ordered a tiger wrench but the one delivered as not at all the same as advertised. I raised the complaint on the very next day of deliverance to its email id, I haven't received any response from them so far. I have already followed up multiple times and have even shared the note on their website.
