I paid for online shopping through my debit card online in club factory official website on **.*.** and within hour I cancelled my order. I was assured about the refund within * to ** days in my account directly. Now company denied online refund in my bank account directly. Now without crediting the refund in app balance company claiming refund has been credited in club factory app balance.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
