On **th april ****, i had placed an order and paid for it by my paytm wallet, but due to some reason, i cancelled the order on the same day but still i haven't received any refund amount, i was assured by the manager and the supervisor both that within the given timeframe i will get my refund back but now there is no communication from them. Whenever i am calling customer executives and requesting them to connect with manager, they always say that there is no supervisor or manager available and even customer care executives are very rude to the customers. They're just pushing the dates forward.
Hereby i request to help me in getting my refund.
My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
