So looking at the website and also video reviews of the products on the site, I ordered a couple of dresses from the website. After the arrival, I find that the quality is not good. When I send a request for return, the company claims to not giving the refund but buy something in return. How can I buy something again after I find the quality to be poor? Who is responsible for this? The pictures shown on the site and the actual product are very different. I need a return with refund for my order.
