I purchase a desktop worth **k from Lenovo's official website. I reported the issue on the very *nd day about excessive heat and noise generated from the PC. I contacted lenovo care **s of time. Each person just wasted time by asking me to do a same step.
They assigned me someone from lenovo who again asked me to do same troubleshoot, asked me to send all the evidences. At last he said me they will schedule a technician visit and he will make a final call on return and refund.
Technician visited after few days and he checked the system. He also felt that the issues are there. He tried to report the issue to the concerned team at lenovo to complete the formal process, but the team looking at this issue rejected his claim overriding all his finding saying the evidences are not sufficient. Earlier they said the technician will make final call. After that technician left the site saying he cannot do anything if online team does not accept the issue, so he generated the report that online team feels system is OK.
It has been * weeks, I shared them all the details about this incidents and evidences needed, but they are not even reverting the email. In last ** days I have sent almost **-** emails and they reverted * times that they are looking into this matter. Now from a week they have just stopped responding.
I cannot believe a big company like lenovo is bluffing with customer in such a way.
Now after spending **k, I am not able to use the system as I don't feel safe. and they are just wasting time by not replying or providing any kind of support.
I feel helpless.
