My order id is - ********.
My money is stuck in quikr's account and they are not refunding it as per as their agreement. It has been ** days. They are completely ignoring any method of communication I use now. This is what happened.
I ordered an unboxed smartphone from Quikr, paid for it by my debit card. I cancelled the order in less than a day. The order was not dispatched. I was expecting a refund in *-* working days.
But of course, I was told by the customer service that it will be done within * working days. Disappointing, but totally acceptable.
I waited for * working days, during which the many mails that I had sent were replied by a pre-written email templates to certified@quikr.com
This was annoying, but okay. I kept mailing them, and got the same response again and again.
At the tenth day, I decided to give them a call. After a waiting period and a few connected calls, the representative on the phone is telling me that the refund has already been initiated, and passively pointed out that it is an error from my side, and I need to send my bank statement's screenshot.
I agreed, and did it. And wrote a mail about the problems I am having as the refundable amount is *****+, which is a huge amount for me. And I got a mail saying that "Please provide with the correct bank statement." I have provided them with a correct screenshot of my bank statement that I requested.
And after this mail, I am not getting any replies from them for the past *-* days!
This is really getting out of my hand now, I am not being refunded and am being stalled and ignored completely.
As you can see in the attached email, I am not receiving any replies, completely ignored from the past *-* days.
Shopping(or, attempting to shop) at Quikr is turning out to be a bad experience for me. I am writing this under some stress, and I hope that Quikr resolves my issue ASAP.
