- No Refund or replacement on Wrong Product Open
I have been duped by Myntra and their logistics company . Myntra deliberately did nothing on fraud happened and initiation no action when the fraud was reported . Instead they put the entire blame on me. I have ordered the product (men's leather jacket) from Myntra but instead I was delivered with someone's old used jacket which is of cheap material, shabby, sweaty and from different brand. Within * minutes of the product delivered I opened the parcel and I was shocked to see what was delivered. I noticed the package was tampered from top and was sealed with a tape which is noticible at the first instance at all. As soon as I realized the fraud I immediately called the delivery person (+************) multiple times but he didn't picked up the call ever. I also immediately tried to raise this issue with Myntra support but there helpline number was not connecting through Customer Care executives due to fault on their IVR system. Once I put everything on twitter , Myntra support called me back after *.* hours ,I told them the gravity f the situation but they ensured that they have taken complaint and I should wait for * days but they took * days to reach to me with conclusion .I was anticipating that Myntra will support us in this matter and catch the fraudulent person and refund me the amout . But instead, they took no responsibility of what happened and told me that everything is right at their end and I was at fault here. I asked them to provide the evidences on how come they reach to this conclusion but they denied saying that they can't disclose. When asked about why delivery person didn't picked up the call, they had no answer. In this whole process almost *-* different customer care representative called me but everyone said the same copy-paste responses .Instead of accepting this as fraud ,without providing any proof from their investigation they implied that I'm cheating them for mere some thousand rupees who has over the years have spent Lakhs of rupees. I'm feeling cheated and been duped of *k+ and haven't got the product we have ordered or the amount. Also I'm feeling humiliated andangered that they have implied that I'm lying and cheating .
All logisctis company insured high value delivery with mechanisms that this kind of fraud doesn't happened but here there was no OTP shared while delivery and no id and sign taken while handing over the parcel. There was no help provided by them and recused themselves on doing any investigation immediately. I'm seeking justice here that I get refund along with the compensation on the mental harassment I have gone through. There are multiple cases just like us where Myntra’s response is same and they don’t take the ownership of their platform. All details attached with the product received & the one which I ordered along with tampered package I revied. I have also enclosed Myntra Customer Care conversation and their denial of support on this.
