I had done online booking for hairdos from Urbanclap on **.*.** and tried online payment * times which were apparently denied. But the amount was deducted from my bank. Was assured of refund in *-* days. But it's been more than ** days I haven't got a refund. I confirmed from bank and Google pay as well and even produced proofs that the amount has been received by Urbanclap but they are denying it plainly giving fake excuses and not ready to do the refund.
