Airindia - Air India Refund amount not processed for more than a year
Rajiv filed complaint against Airindia on May 25, 2021
Case id: ********. I had sent a refund request to ecommerce@airindia.in on **February ******** for the tickets unused due to flight cancellation. I booked through *rd party and *rd party gave me the reference number. I shared this reference numbers with Airindia Last year ****. The *rd party says Airindia not returned refund. Can you please help me what I should do in this case. I booked tickets in February **** Frankfurt to Kolkata and return from chennai to Frankfurt. I will look forward to your help.Kind Regards Rajiv
