Banggood.com - No refund from banggood

This is to let you know that I have order an product and made the payment via debit card attached is the bank statement where you can see on **th November I paid to bannggood.

When payment was done it redirected me to banggood website and directly showed me that order was placed but no payment was done like the status in payment pending.

I was shocked seeing that I have already paid the amount then too how this could happen.

I have attached every bit of evidence where it proof that I have paid to banggood then to you guys are still working on it and still no refund initiation has been made.

After so may email back and forth I was just getting their response yes money will be refunded but it’s now a month no refund against my order.

I really don’t know where had my money gone seriously it’s just unfaithfulness toward customers.
