- No refund for token given to hold a flat after owner gave it to other tennant Closed

Nobroker has taken **K as token to book a rental flat for me. They never paid it to owner and owner gave that flat to someone else. Now nobroker is refusing to refund that **k despite committing that they will refund the token if owner does this.
