Satem filed complaint against Air India Airlines on Jan 19, 2020
I cancelled my Flight and was told that I'll get my refund after ** days,
I patiently waited for that.
I've called them * time after ** days past and now, they are continually telling me it will be refunded soon. And nothing is been done. The customer care staff are now replying very rude and it is frustrating to know that they are not following this policy and making refund impossible.
Same reply every time I call that my refund is in progress.
It's been ** days past my cancellation.
Same experience with my co passenger who cancelled on air india.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
