First :
I rented a pre-paid sofa from Furlenco for * months. They delivered a faulty and broken product. I immediately contacted their support and informed them about the issue.
Nobody in their logistics team checked the product before dispatch and I've had to constantly follow up with them, after they said we will provide a solution to the issue soon.
They have delayed the replacement dates as per their convenience (via a text) without any information provided to me or my consent. This also only happened when I followed up with them constantly.
Now they refuse to provide a refund for the product, citing process excuses and expect me to follow up with the pick up of the broken Sofa.
They also expected me to refuse the door step delivery if I wanted a refund, but I only discovered the Sofa was faulty after the delivery team opened the packing inside my apartment (which is not valid according to Furlenco).

Second :
The money I have paid them, they are using it to deduct rent for other products that I have not opted for a pre-paid option. The invoice for the pre-paid furniture has product/s which I have returned and they have already picked up.
They have not provided me a proper invoice for the pre-paid furniture either.

The process has been a stressful experience where I have to constantly follow up with them.
The invoice they have sent is false.
