I have booked Italy Switzerland trip through travel triangle for March **** which is a total package of ******INR. I have made my bookings in October ****. I started paying in installments for four months amounts to ******INR. I repeatedly told the agent is this trip gonna happen? There is a global pandemic going on. He kept on telling me don't worry it will happen .our clients are still happily roaming. For Visa also they made a mistake.. marriage certificate is not mandatory u can get without that he said. So went n paid for visa.. not issued. Loss of *****INR. So far there is no update from any of them.. I don't think we can travel in an year for the credit shell they provide cos this covid is coming in waves. I told them I don't need credit shell.kindly refund.. In fact I have told them to cancel many times. But they are unwilling to do so. Now no refund no communication nothing
