Travel Triangle - Cheating on travel booking

One of agent from Urmila from (IDEAL TOURS PRIVATE LIMITED) which is agent part of TravelTriangle, they connected to Shimla-Manali package.

Agent have cancelled and said full amount refund will be initiated. It’s been * days now,
I have paid **,*** rupees, I want my money back. I have not confirmed the hotel which they quoted. Urmila one of the person from
IDEAL TOURS PRIVATE LIMITED, he continously chased me till I pay money (she said, link will expire and we will find hotels and match, I will increase money from tomorrow), she said false statements.
Without confirmation from my side, she said invoice and sent me to pay immediately.

At **:** night, I paid due to extreme pressure from her side.

Next day, itself I had conversation with agents and due to conflict Shivam/Urmila told they will refund **,*** to me.

Hotel they have in Shimla, it is extremely bad.

That agent person now telling it is up to travelTriangle

***** they cheated on me.

**,*** is not less amount, that I can let it go. They cheated on me. Shivam didn’t don’t about any deductions. He told he will give full refund during phone call discussions.
