I was booked the trip on Feb ****. During that time ,the provided in doc by mentioning if trip is canceled before ** days full money will refund. I not able to make this trip due to covid padameic and health issues. Though I clearly said they not yet refund money.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
