White in black filed complaint against Zomato food delivery on Nov 10, 2019
I am order i chicken biriyani from Zomato app the order was not confirming by restaurant so i am for * minutes then i cancelled the order . That cancelling time they not showing the message of payed amount is not refundable at the cancellation time. Then i cancelled the order and check wallet * balance so i am immidiatly delivery the same food or refund the money. But they didn't give money and food. The main cheeting is not showing payment not refundable at cancellation time.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
