Hello,
I was ordering a product on ** August **** and while doing the payment however the payment was done but order was not processed. Immediately I took help from customer support chat from Myprotein app and provided all transaction details, they mailed me saying they have forworded the issue to Indian Finance team. Then again on **rd August **** I reached out the customer support chat and they told they are checking with customer operations to locate the order.
It's going to be a almost * months now in few days and I am getting a kind of robotic reply stating " Finance or operations team are working on it and will be done in *-* working days". I am fed up chasing them and even support call number nobody picks. Please help me out to get my refund.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
