My Flight details:
Yatra Ref no: *************
PNR: KQY**B
My flight got canceled and I was notified by Indigo for the same. Indigo was providing an alternative but because of the current situation I didn’t take that and canceled the booking from Indigo.
So that should have been updated in Yatra also. But it is not.
I got the latest update from Indigo that the full amount (****/-) got credited in Yatra account but Yatra hasn’t initiated the refund to my account.
I dont know why it’s not initiated till now.
Please help me out in this case
