Adopted a relax plan from no broker for which I was promised ** + contacts out of which a lot of contacts were not valid and a lot of these properties were already rented out and was not updated half of the contacts were invalid and when I asked my relationship manager to pause my account to which she agreed and then after few days she tells me that the plan was expired and the contacts that I had requested while my plan was very much active they have not provided and I have not be able to reach them they are not picking my calls they said they would extend my plan for a week which again did not happen
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
