Dell * months laptop stopped working but service provider not able to ptovide technical engineer as they told to arrange ** GB pen drive +internet connection+one normal laptop along with some technical person who knows to follow their steps .After * days nothing resolved. They again not ready to provide service engineer due to non availability of level * and managers on Saturday sunday. Most of people working from home and service provider taking no pain. Problem still unresolved.
