I have ordered a Saree of worth *** rs for my mom which I want to gift on her birthday. After payment I haven't received any order details through sms or email. Even checked in the website by logging in its reflecting as no orders placed. Amount was deducted from amount through phone pe on ** October **** around **.**pm. I do have transaction details. Tried to contact them through given Customer care number it's invalid number. Dropped an email but there is no response.
Kindly help me with this issue is very important becoz due to lock down we have lot of financial issues but still I wanna give this gift to my mom.
Help me with this critical situation.
