Kasir abidi filed complaint against Hathway broadband on Nov 7, 2020
I paid for internet service to Hathway Broadband provider on **/**/**** and was due to get connection by **/**/**** but its **/**/**** and still i have not got any internet except for couple of hours. Hathway attitude towards customer is pathetic and instead of solving problems, they either ignore calls and messages or switch off their contact number. Their customer care is total waste of time with no solution provided or problem solved except for useless assurance that complain has been registered without any confirmation message or complaint referral number.
I need refund plus loss to my business due to no service of internet provided as promised by hathway broadband.
Contact personnel ramesh provides nothing but bad attitude and arrogance.
Please look into it and help get my refund as i do not think they can provide me good internet service.
My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
