I requested hathway broadband through Google Chrome, and after receiving a message from a woman named Sony asking for payment before proceeding with installation, I selected one of the plans and followed her instructions. I paid to hathway **** using the link that Sony shared, and she said an installation person would arrive at * o'clock that evening. At around * o'clock, I received a call from installation person that he said no service in your area so installation not possible like that, and then I immediately called Sony but she didn't attend my call, after lot of try she attend my call and she said we will refund the amount, from today morning i am continuously calling her but she is not taking my calls and i am so struggling on this, please help me on this

There has been no internet connection for * days or so from hathway. Everytime tried to reach them there is no response and there is no resolution. It has been completely frustrating.
