Hathway broadband - Not able to discontinue hathway network and handover modem

I am trying to discontinue the hathway network from last ** days. Not able to raise a ticket through web-portal or customer-service. Simply redirecting to chat-bot and saying servers-down when the ticket submitted. Need to close it and handover the modem to them. Thanks.
