I made a recharge of ₹**** for * months plan of Excitel on **th December.I have been facing an issue of frequent disconnection for long time but since **nd of December there is no internet connectivity.I contacted the costumer service,but nothing happened and later on my registered mobile number was blocked to call them.Till now my internet isn't working.
