Excitel is not providing the internet connection since the *rd of july **** despite the fact that i already pay the advance payment for their services. From the date of *rd of july I regularly in touch with their customer support team and they regularly told me that my connection will be restored shortly. On **th and **th of july I also talk to their senior customer agent and they said that my internet connection will be restored within ** hours but they all doesn't pay any heed on my aggravation and also till date my internet connection is not restored. I can't even express in words that how much I suffering the mental cruelty and extreme agony on daily basis due to your extremely poor services. Daily around ** to ** minutes of my time is gone in hell because i have to explain everything to customer agent again and again and again plus my identity so that they can help me. It's more than ** Days neither i received any satisfactory response from your end nor my internet connection is restored.
Now, I'm being tired of regularly dialing customer services number and hear their false promises.
