I have complained at Excitel customer care regarding the no internet connectivity for last ** days and no one has bothered to solve the problem so I am writing here. I was not able to work from home, my job was impacted and multiple warnings were given to me from the office.
- I have called more than ** times
- I have raised issues on text more than ** times
- Their on-ground partner has refused to solve the issue
- No one has contacted me from their technical team
- I have paid **** Rs for * months subscription but haven't used the internet for a single day in that period
I want excitel to restart the internet services within next * days or return my subscription amount of **** Rs and the refundable security deposit of **** Rs. But all their customer service executives are doing is to harass the customers.
